
All our orders are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail using recorded delivery, we aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
At TheTaste House, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. However, in the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your order & want to return it that’s not a problem! Just contact use at [email protected] & we’ll help you through the returns process. A couple of things to check first:
RETURNS ARE EXCEPTED PROVIDED
It’s unused, unopened (the seal is not broken) & returned to us within 14 days, unless returning using our 30 day Money Back Guarantee (See below), or the product was damaged during delivery
RETURNS FEES
Shipping costs are non-refundable & you are responsible for returning the item back to us. Unless:
• You’ve received the wrong product / item due to our mistake
• The product arrived damaged
• The product had passed the Best Before Date

We have complete faith in our products, so much so that we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee if you’re not 100% satisfied. Simply return the rest of the product back to us & we will issue a refund.
Our money back guarantee can only be claimed once by the same person. To claim simply drop us an email to [email protected] with product name & explaining why you didn’t like our product, we will then inform you of the address to send the rest of the product back to us. You must contact us within 30 days of date of delivery to claim your refund. Refund excludes any shipping fees. You must return the item at your own cost.
